Tikka have just announced the release of a brand new variant of the T3x line up in Australia. The Tikka Wild Boar, specifically designed with Australian hunters in mind. The Wild Boar has some interesting features including a fluted bolt, two magazines and an additional grip and fore-end included.
The pricing for the Wild Boar has also just been released with .223 and .308 versions coming in at $2619 AUD.
The European version the Tikka T3X Wild Boar has received positive reviews with users praising the build quality and the added picatinny rail.
Beretta Australia’s media release states the following:
Tikka is happy to announce the newest T3x to join the team. The Tikka Wild Boar, specifically designed to meet the needs of Australian hunters in the most challenging environments. Boasting the same 10-round, dual-stack magazine from the T3x CTR with a lite profile and fluted barrel, the T3x Wild Boar is the perfect hybrid. A lightweight stalking rifle with an impressive magazine capacity and fantastic additions, including; a fluted bolt, a second magazine and a 14×1 thread for securing your favourite accessories. Orange grip/fore-end included as standard, or for those wanting a more subtle approach, a black grip and fore-end are also included in the box.
