The world famous premium optics manufacturer Schmidt & Bender have released a new hunting scope. The Schmidt & Bender 3-18×42 features a great range of magnification coupled with a simple hunting reticle. The inclusion of the BDC II-B elevation turret bridges the gap between a pure hunting and solely tactical scope.
The LP7 reticle is simple and also includes an illuminated center dot.
The scope is available in the second focal plane and features parallax adjustment from 20 meters out to infinity. The weight is listed at 680grams or 24ounces which is a good amount for a hunting setup. The 92% light transmission together with Schmidt & Benders famous glass quality will be sure to provide a crisp view.
The BDC II-B turret shown below allows for the user to have their own ballistic data calibrated into the turret.
